  1. Hello Sir. I feel proud today to say that i was one of your students (2001-2005 batch). It is refreshing to read your posts which reflect the intellectual, moral and logical thought processes behind them as against unreasonable justifications, blind faith, arguments based on half knowledge and fanatacism that i feel when i read articles written by the supporters of a mainstream party (considered as the top contender for forming the govt this year) these days. Thanks sir again for makin me feel that therez still sum hope left for India.

  2. Dear Dr. Garg, I'v had the privilege of ur acquaintance through my husband Arvind Kakria, who is a great follower of ur posts! I especially congratulate u on this particular post, as u hav highlighted that not even a saintly figure as Sri Sri could not remain untouched by the great Indian tendency of being overcritical and judgemental, that too in haste! Arvind Kejriwal is no superman to change the face of India in a snap, but he is indeed a SUPERHUMAN to sacrifice his personal well being to take constructive steps towards it.. Why can't we give him a hand, some patience and lots of blessings??!!

  3. Dear Sir, this is a challenging and inspiring thought. Doing the right thing will imply making tough choices, and with easy alternatives chosen by AAP (as mentioned by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Jee too), it is time maybe for AAP to evaluate their execution( on what started as a very noble attempt with great intent)

  5. Sir, I loved your comments
. But please don't say that after Osho, Sri Sri is enlightened..
Osho was a living fire and he always spoke the truth no matter where be it pune or Rajneeshpuram.
On the other hand our Sri Sri seem to be endorsing Modi..
I am only waiting. Someday we gonna see Sri Sri also busted like Aasharam.

  6. KEJRIWAL IS AN AVTAAR OF THIS AGE OF MUCH MUCH HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS THAN SRI SRI.

  7. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, DEAR WRITER

What Kejriwal ha done for this country cannot be done by anybody else. Especially the congressi politicians who have ruined the country. Even BJP that used to have good people is a mere smoke bomb in front of Kejriwal who has taken so much troubles for the poor people of the country. The best and brightest people are getting attracted towards AAP. Ivy league people are in his party. Kejriwal is a topchi. In essence Kejriwal is the kind of man who in the religions of the world is known as Mahdi/Second Coming. Kejriwal is not getting the respect that he deserves from the society. Sometimes I feel like picking up a gun, but because Kejriwal is a a follower of Mahatma Gandhi we must endure. But rise we must. For this wonderful man. Kejriwal is jhant ka baal. Nobody should be under any misgivings as we sow so shall we reap. The way in which the condition of the country has deteriorated we must come together and make our minds known. This Rahul Gandhi is a little man. Modi is a cunning man. Only Kejriwal has the reasonable personality that can attract even the most common of men. Men who have been derogated as weak and unworldly. But what the opponents of Kejriwal do not realize is that the Meek shall inherit the earth.

    regards

  8. Garg Sir, I passed out from PEC in 1976. So, am not sure about our direct contact ? interaction. However, the mention of PEC and the strength of your words beckoned me to post my view point.
Saintly people like Hon. Sri Sri are humans as well as mortals too. As such, they are also prone to errors in judgment. However, if such saintly persons make a strong statement, it calls for our focused attention.
Respected Sh. Kejriwal should introspect to rule out any shortcoming in his thought, word or deed which could have prompted such a statement from Hon. Sri Sri.
Secondly, to run a household or a small family business does call for some amount of depth, strength, resolve as well as maturity, which comes over time with hands on experience. Maybe Hon. Sri Sri had all this in mind while making his views public.
Mere good intentions and irrefutable honesty and patriotism does make for an excellent soldier but, every excellent soldier does not qualify for becoming an officer, leave alone becoming a General.
Having given my bit of reasoning I would also like to caution my friends and fellow country men against hero worship and classifying our leaders as saints or avatars etc. They are mere mortal human beings, let us assess their credentials to see if they qualify for leading our Great Country.

  10. Osho like any other master was in another league altogether. I met an 80 plus old monk who knew twenty languages in an Ashram down south this one time. Since like me, he was also an avid reader, I used to discuss books and masters with him from time to time as I was eager to read more spiritual literature from around the world. I started comparing something uttered by J Krishnamurti with a verse of Kabir. Then I spoke of similar metaphors I'd read in Rumi and Bulle Shah. He added his two bits ,smiled and told me something which I remember till date. He said, "Do not compare".
